🗂️ How to read the tables. Each row is one published season rule: the Management Units (MUs) it covers, open dates, bag or tag limit, and notes. “Source” cites the exact guide page — verify anything against the official guide linked above.

Mule Deer (Black-tailed)
📋 All General Open Season table rows transcribed. Sub-MU restrictions are referenced by the guide's own maps (not reproduced). Provincial: bag limit for deer is 3; must not possess more than 3 mule deer licences or more than 15 deer licences in aggregate (p. 7). Regional bag limits: R1 - 3, of which only two may be antlerless from Special Areas and only two may be bucks; antlerless bag during youth seasons in MUs 1-1, 1-2, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6 is one (p. 20). R2 - unless otherwise indicated, 2, one of which may be antlerless (p. 27). No open season for antlerless mule deer in rifle-permitted areas of Region 1 except by LEH in part of MU 1-15 and youth seasons (p. 20). CWD: mandatory submission of deer heads for CWD testing in highest risk areas in Region 4 (p. 39).
