Bobcat
📋 Lock-seal tags must be attached through the lip to the eyehole of the pelt immediately upon taking possession of the bobcat; only properly tagged pelts are legal for possession or sale; bobcat carcasses must be submitted to Natural Resources (p. 37). CITES has listed bobcat on its appendices; exporting requires a CITES Export Permit (p. 42).
