📋 Raccoons taken accidentally in a trap lawfully set for fox or coyote prior to the raccoon season may be kept (p. 9 note). Requires Wildlife Habitat and Fur Harvester Stamps (p. 9). Pelts of raccoon may be possessed October 15 to April 15 (p. 55). Night-hunting weapon restrictions apply (p. 17).
