Beaver

📋 Fur Harvester licences are not issuable to non-residents (p. 9). It is illegal to kill a beaver, muskrat, mink or otter by a firearm or bow unless the animal is confined by a trap (p. 17, note a). Pelts of beaver may be possessed November 1 to April 15 with a valid Fur Harvester licence (p. 55).
